Problem:  After the Omni Mobile license.key file is applied to the server, you see an error that indicates that your Servername is is not in the servers list, for example

This server is not properly licensed. Please contact Omni Technology
Solutions Inc. at +1.780.423.4200 or at support@omni-ts.com to request a proper licence. Thank you.

Cause:  This usually happens when access to the WebAccess server is through a Border Manager proxy or other firewall proxy.  In that instance, the name for server assigned in the firewall proxy will display to Omni Mobile as the server name.

Resolution:  Please contact Omni support at 780-423-4200 and a replacement license.key will be issued.
