Hello.
The Omni Mobile client normally draws time display format from the mobile device operating system. For example, in my PocketPC device, I change Settings > Regional Settings > Time to adjust the format for time display. Changes I make here are reflected in the Omni Mobile client after I shut the client down and restart it.
