Early in the school year I set up a District calendar for events that were not school-specific like holidays, board meetings, etc. Once we got past the chance of using any more "snow days", I went in and set the actually final day of school and removed the extra days I had created in case of using more than one "snow day". I basically had entered the days at the end of the year as: "Last day of school if no snow days are used", "Last day of school if 1 snow day is used", etc.
Any extra days are now removed and don't show on the "district" calendar but still appear on individual school calendars. Since the school calendars picked them up from the district calendar because they were not added to the school calendars individually, how can I remove the extra days and actually set the last day of school?
