I am unable to login: Omni Mobile Startup Wizard

Authentication - OK
Server Handshake - OK
Initializing - OK
Preparing - not OK...receive the following message:

"Please login again.  You may have typed your name or password incorrectly...."

User name and password work fine logging into WebAccess.  I have reentered name & pass a dozen times.

Omni account enabled.

Any ideas?
