Hello,
First, I would like to know if there are any plans of making the Palm TX an officially supported device? The software does run on the TX. However, there are a couple of problems. Basically, if you try to provision the account using Mnimobile desktop, when you try to login it locks up the device at "Looking up server" every time. If you try to provision via the device, I have had it work (once). Other times while trying to provision itself, it gets to the handshake step and locks up. In the one instance that it did work, it eventually stopped working and would lock the device at the "notifying server" step.

Apparently I can't edit my old post. The freezing was related to our public wireless system requiring the user to accept a user agreement prior to using the system. Once that is done the system seems to work just fine.

Hello,
There can be several different causes to your problem. If a device is unable to connect to the server, that usually indicates a connectivity problem of some type. "Looking up server" issues usually relates to not being able to look up the URL correctly.
Please refer to this forum post http://www.omni-ts.com/forum/post--1864--page-1.html to see if you can determine the cause of the problem. If you cannot, I invite you to contact us at 780-423-4200 or email support@omni-ts.com
