Riva-Latest Read Me and Installation Notes

Thank you for downloading Riva (riva-latest.zip), our GroupWise Collaboration Integration Suite.  Please ensure that the system requirements are met prior to launching Riva.

INSTALL RIVA

To install Riva, create a C:\Program Files\Omni\Riva folder. Extract the riva-latest.zip file and copy the contents of the \riva-latest folder to the C:\Program Files\Omni\Riva folder.  Make a shortcut of the Riva.exe file to your desktop and label it as "Launch Riva". 

CONFIGURE AND RUN RIVA

To configure and run Riva, double-click the "Launch Riva" desktop shortcut.  Follow steps 2 to 4 in "Best Practices for Installing Riva".

RIVA-LATEST.ZIP CONTENTS

Riva-latest.zip contains a riva-latest folder that holds:
  • Riva.exe file that will launch the Riva application.

  • \Application\Base folder that holds the program files for Riva.

  • \Resources\Documentation folder that contains pdf files for Riva and CCUAdmin.
  • \Resources\SugarCRM_CE folder that contains the instructions and SoapSudo.php file needed to support User Impersonation CRM connection for SugarCRM Community Edition.

  • \Configuration folder that is empty but required.
Additional support files for Riva are available in the riva-support-files.zip download file.
