Question:  I am having a problem with my Riva license. It is showing the incorrect user count or does not match my purchase.  How can I get the license fixed?

Answer:  Customers use the Riva Licensing Request Wizard (built into the Riva application).  The Riva Licensing Request Wizard scans the eDirectory and GroupWise system and counts the user objects.  Those counts are used in the Licence Request file that is sent to Omni licensing staff.

Should you wish to manage a different number of users than the Licensing Wizard is reporting, you need to contact Omni Technical Support at 780-423-4200 or complete a Contact Us form.
