Problem:  I just completed an upgrade to Riva using Check for Updates and Riva will not launch.  Can I restore the previous version without losing connection settings or policies?

Resolution:  Riva can be restored to a previous version:
  1. Close Riva.
  2. Using Windows explorer, navigate to c:\Program Files\Omni\Riva\Application.
  3. Delete the folder of the latest upgrade version.
  4. Open the ClientInfo.config file using a text editor and modify the <versionRuntime> <versionRuntime> value to reflect the version number of the previous Riva version.  Save the file.
  5. Launch Riva and check the version information by double-clicking the Riva icon in the top left corner of the Riva application.
