Latest Release. We are pleased to announce the latest release 2.2.1 (2008.11.04) of Riva. Use this link to register to download Riva. Use the "Check for Updates" procedure to upgrade an existing licensed installation of Riva. Important - read the "Upgrading from Previous Versions" information below.
In this Release. Included in this release:
- For Riva - Added checkbox in Managed Signatures Policy to disable the "Auto-Add Line Break" for every signature.
- For Riva CRM - Addition of filter to block creation of accounts/contacts for CC: and BCC: addressees, and ability to add a semi-colon seperated filter list of internet domain names to block creation of account/contacts (e.g. @gmail.com; @hotmail.com)
- For Riva CRM - Added ability to clear error list and error count in the CRM Service Agent Monitor interface.

Upgrading from Previous Versions: You can use the "Check for Updates" option to update to the most recent version. To check your version number, click on the Riva logo in the upper left corner. As they become available, new modules or reports will be automatically added when you check for updates. This update will force a complete resync of data to users' GroupWise clients. It is highly recommended that updates be done during quiet hours. For Riva CRM Enterprise Edition, admins should stop the CRM Agent Service before performing a "Check for Updates", and start the service after the update download has been completed and Riva has been restarted.
Enterprise CRM Integration: This release includes Enterprise CRM Integration. Special installation requirements and instructions exist. Refer to the following documentation to install and evaluate Enterprise CRM integration:
