Latest Release. We are pleased to announce the latest release 2.3.4 (2008.12.30) of Riva. Use this link to register to download Riva. Use the "Check for Updates" procedure to upgrade an existing licensed installation of Riva. Important - read the "Upgrading from Previous Versions" information below.
In this Release. The "Riva CRM Integration Enterprise Edition" has been rebranded to "Riva Integration Server" and all documentation will be modified to reflect this change. Included in this release:
- For Riva - added '@var-XXXX' eDirectory attribute replacement feature for forwarding rules for Managed Rules.
- For Riva - improved license error logging to improve troubleshooting.
- For Riva - added "Google Apps Exporter" policy that exports Contacts and Calendar info in a Google friendly format.
- For Riva CRM - added ability to set color for calendar items.
- For Riva CRM - email attachments will now be archived when an email is archived to Salesforce account, quote, opportunity or case.
- For Riva CRM - added option in Salesforce connector to set permit users to connect to CRM items using the Omni ConnectBar using the existing authenticated session to avoid repetitive logins into Salesforce.
- For Riva CRM - added SPLA forms authentication support for MS CRM connector.

Upgrading from Previous Versions: You can use the "Check for Updates" option to update to the most recent version. To check your version number, click on the Riva logo in the upper left corner. As they become available, new modules or reports will be automatically added when you check for updates. If updating from Riva 2.2.x this update requires a complete resync of data to users' GroupWise clients. It is highly recommended that updates be done during quiet hours. For Riva Integration Server (was called "Riva CRM Enterprise Edition"), please refer to Riva Integration Server 2.3.4 Release (2008.12.30) for correct update procedures.
Riva Integration Server: This release includes enterprise CRM and SharePoint Integration. Special installation requirements and instructions exist. Refer to the following documentation to install and evaluate Riva Integration Server:
