Read Me for Riva Support Files

Thank you for downloading Riva, our GroupWise collaboration Integration Suite.  This document is focused on explaining the Riva support files contained in the riva-support-files.zip file.

This is the Public release.

RIVA MODULES SUPPORTED

This zip file contains support files for the following Riva policy modules:

* CCU - Common Calendar Update
* IAC - GWIA Internet Address Cleanup


RIVA-SUPPORT-FILES.ZIP CONTENTS

riva-support-files.zip contains:
  • Readme-Riva-Support-Files.txt this text file.
  • RIVA_EULA.rtf is the End User License Agreement for Riva.
  • \CCUAdmin folder that has CCUADMIN.EXE, a utility for building and modifying input CSV files for Common Calendar Creator (CCU).  Also holds pre-built resource files for 51 countries.  See "CCU-Resource-Files.txt" and CCU-Admin-Tool-User-Guide.pdf" files for information on using CCUAdmin.
  • \Demo-Files folder that has the IAC-Test.NAB file that can be used to test Riva GWIA Internet Address Cleanup module.  See "IAC-Demo.txt" for instructions.

LICENCING CCUADMIN.EXE

CCUAdmin.exe is provided free of charge for use by customers who are evaulating or using Riva in a production environment.  There are no licence files required for CCUAdmin.exe.  Licensing is governed by the Riva EULA (End User License Agreement).

Riva modules can be ordered on-line through our secure order system.  Payment can be made with a Purchase Order, Credit Card, Bank Draft or cheque.  Orders can be faxed to us at +1-780-423-4711.   


SUPPORT FOR RIVA

Purchases of Riva include software upgrade protection and maintenance support for one year from the purchase date.  Support can be renewed on an annual basis for 30% of the original purchase price.
