I have installed desktop multiplier and it seems to  work fine but,  after a few minutes 2 of the 4 monitors switches itself off.

If you move the mouse or type any key on the keyboard the mouse cursor does come on but the screen not.

It could not be the the Operating System as 2 of the four monitors are running.

I think  it is the graphics card. How do  you check the graphic card settings in SLED10?

Can dual port graphics cards cause the problems in this regard?

Hello Piet,

Your configuration will need to be submitted to Userful to look at for this issue.  In order to submit debug information to Userful, carry out the following command.

It will send your video config debug information to Jason in Canada.  He will then be able to look into the problem.

Please send me your machine MAC address so we can link your debug information to your machine and he will get back to us.

$ /usr/share/1box-utils/submit-debug-info.sh

Submit your MAC address to shaneg~nospam~@omni-ts.com.  Remove ~nospam~.

<>Monitor is blank after restarting system:

Check to be sure that the Monitor has power and that the
light is on.
Disconnect all devices except for the mouse, keyboard and
monitor. Reboot your computer to see if the issue is
resolved. If it is, then it is one of the devices that
you have disconnected that is causing the problem. try
connecting them one at a time and rebooting each time
until the original problem occurs. Once identified, try
reinstalling the device and updating the driver to
resolve the issue.
Try connecting the monitor to a different PC using the
problem monitor's power cable. If it still doesn't work,
try the known good monitors power cable.
Try unplugging the monitors power cable, then wait about
20 or 30 seconds and plug it back in.
If none of the above troubleshooting steps does not solve
the issue, then it is likely that the monitor is bad.
