Two questions:

1)  The Linux multiplier is supposed to carry up to 10 users on 1 PC.  However the documentation only refers to 3 dual head video cards.  How does one get a computer to run ten seats.  Please include the manufacturer and model of such a pc/server.
2).  What type of linux internet cafe software, with the best kind of features, will run on this system.  Please give as many recommendations on this software, Very important.

Thanks

Hello, Maadamos61.

Our recommendation for the full 10 to 1 Linux Desktop Multiplied solution would be to look into the options R-Cubed Technologies offers.  They provide several pre-built options that utilize the full potential of the Desktop Multiplier.  Their pre-configured stations have the Desktop Multiplier already installed and ready for use.

If you do need the full locked-down, usage tracking, billing, etc features that an internet cafe demands,  our first recommendation would be to look into the discover station software that is also available from Userful (the creators of the Linux Desktop Multiplier).  This software has everything you would need to get started and has pre-built options specifically for an internet cafe solution.  There is a Live CD that can be downloaded and run from a one or two seat setup that will demo the full capabilities of a 2 user restricted Discover Station setup.

I hope this information helps.  If you have more questions, please feel free to ask on this forum or by emailing support@omni-ts.com.
