Reporting eControl Issues
If you experience a problem with your eControl server installation, please follow these steps: - Make screen shots of the error that is visible in the browser or in the eControl Admin program.
- Run the "Econtrol Auditor" application (\eControl\Tools\eControlAuditor.exe) to produce audit logs of actions recently taken. Log files will be saved to \eControl\Logs.
- Call Omni Technical Support at +1.780.423.4200 or email support@omni-ts.com and attach the above files (screen shots and log files), and include the following information:

- Browser being used - e.g. IE7, FireFox 2.5.1
- eControl release - e.g. 2.5
- Web server and Hostingb Server - e.g. IIS 5 on Windows 2000 SP 4
- Error messages observed
- Description of problem
