eControl Provides - a web-based user account and identity management
system with special features designed to empower non-IT staff with the
ability to manage users without requiring SUPERVISOR rights on your servers!
User Account Management Solutions - this release of eControl allows your Help Desk Operators and Junior Network
Administrators to support multiple or mixed networks from a single
browser interface: Novell eDirectory, GroupWise, NetMail, Microsoft
Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange email systems. Refer to the following for more details: Documentation: eControl documentation includes: Test Drive: Omni has a Live Online eControl Demo that will enable you to experience the eControl browser interface as a full administrative user and as a limited help desk operator.
Installation: eControl cannot be downloaded. It must be installed by an Omni technician. eControl installation, configuration and training services are provided using LogMeIn for remote installation. Support for eControl: eControl purchases include 30 days of software upgrade protection and support, server installation and initial configuration and administration training.
