Question:  If a new release of eControl becomes available, how can I get the eControl server upgraded to the latest releaase?

Answer:  Your eControl support contract must be current before an upgrade installation can be performed.  eControl upgrade installations must be performed by an Omni technician (see Remote Installation Requirements for details).

When you want to upgrade your eControl installation, please complete a "Contact Us" form.  Someone will contact you to schedule the upgrade installation.
