Problem:  A CCUweb customer reported:

We are running version 2.5.21. Had no problems previously. Each time I run 'Build' (have tried four times) the software freezes during the 'Retrieving Account Resource data' and each time at a different spot during the retrieval. I get no error code. It just locks-up and in Task Manager is says it is Not Responding.


Cause:  Customer is running an old version of CCUweb.

Resolution:  Had customer shut down CCUweb and then extract their ccuweb.zip download file and copy the ccuweb.exe file to the CCUweb installation directory.  When they reran CCUweb, it was upgraded to version 2.5.23 and he could successfully complete a project build.
