Problem:  Customer reported that if they attempt to run GWmerge in demo mode on Windows Vista, it works fine.  Once a full "gmwreg.dat" file is added, GWmerge reports "You are not properly licensed" error when he attempts to run the program.

Cause:  This is a Windows Vista "Security" feature.

Resolution:  Right-click the gwmerge.exe file, go to "Properties" > "Advanced" and choose "Always Run as Administrator".
