Riva CRM Desktop Edition - Read Me

Thank you for downloading Riva CRM Desktop Edition (riva-desktop-latest.zip), our GroupWise CRM Integration Tool.  Please ensure that the system requirements are met prior to launching Riva.


INSTALL, CONFIGURE AND USE RIVA CRM DESKTOP EDITION

Refer to "Installing Riva CRM Desktop Edition".
Refer to "Using Riva CRM Desktop Edition"


RIVA-DESKTOP-LATEST.ZIP CONTENTS

Riva-desktop-latest.zip contains a riva-desktop-latest folder that holds:
  • Riva.exe file that will launch the Riva Desktop Edition application.

  • \Application\Base folder that holds the program files for Riva Desktop Edition.

  • \Documentation folder that contains pdf files for Riva Desktop Edition.

  • \Configuration folder that is empty but required.
One you start, configure and use Riva CRM Desktop Edition, additional system folders will be automatically added by the application.
