Abnormal Application Actions
If
you are experiencing abnormal challenges with the Riva CRM Desktop Edition application, e.g. the
Riva.exe is "freezing" or you see unexpected error messages, please follow
these steps:
- Make screen shots of the error in the Riva CRM Desktop Edition application
- Gather log file and config files
- Call Omni Technical Support at +1.780.423.4200, or send an email to support@omni-ts.com, attach
the above files and include the following information:

- Riva CRM Desktop Edition release version, e.g. Riva CRM Desktop 1.0.12 (2008.01.29)
- Windows version including serivce packs, e.g. Windows XP SP2
- Description of problem observed
- Error messages observed
- Attach screen shot and log/config files.
