Latest Release.  We are pleased to announce the latest release 1.4.2 (2008.09.08) of Riva CRM Desktop Edition.  Use this link to register to download this application.  This release includes:

  • Feature parity for all supported functions for supported CRMs:
    • SugarCRM 4.x and 5.x Pro and Enterprise
    • SugarCRM Community Edition
    • info@hand CRM
    • Bluefin CRM (Beta)
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Microsoft SharePoint Server (Beta)
    • Salesforce.com CRM
    • SageCRM (Beta)
  • Feature parity has been achieved between Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise Enterprise (release 2.1.5) and Desktop Edition (release 1.4.2).

Riva CRM Desktop Edition will work in DEMO mode when installed.  In DEMO mode, it will only synchronise those items that have been active in the last seven days. The demo version will allow for a maximum of 50 of each type of object (contact, account, task, appointment, opportunity, etc.). 

Riva CRM Desktop Edition is licensed by the individual user:
  • Use the "Submit License Request" wizard under the "Help" menu to complete the form to request a license.  Ensure that all information is provided and select either a "Trial" or "Purchase" license.
