Before Getting Started
  1. Read the Riva CRM Desktop Edition product overview to understand the Rive CRM Desktop Edition to CRM relationship.
  2. Download the latest release of the application and get a 30-day trial license.  Ensure that you read the Riva CRM Desktop Edition Read-me information.
  3. Ensure that your read the installation and setup instructions.
  4. Ensure that you read the usage instructions.

As soon as they are produced, you will be able to see Riva CRM Desktop Edition Quick Tours which are flash tutorials.
