Question:  I changed my GroupWise password and now Riva CRM Desktop Edition sync is failing.  How do I change the connection password settings?

Answer:  If you change your GroupWise password or your CRM password, you can:
  1. Click the edit link beside the connection in the Setup tab.
  2. Change the applicable password and click OK.
If you need to modify other connection settings such as user name, server address, connection URL or port number, refer to "How to modify connection settings".
