During a sync against Saleforce all our Accounts have been brought down to the GW account but none of the contacts? What rules is Riva using for their selection?

Hello, Rit.

Thank you for participating in the public beta for Riva CRM Integration for Salesforce.

Any contacts to which you have visibility in Salesforce should be automatically synchronised to GroupWise.

Please use the Help / "Submit an Issue Report" with a description of the problem.  This will create a Case that will be assigned to the development team.
