Problem:  Customer reports: "I have set up my first Dynamic Distribution List (DDL). After having configured my list of recipients, I execute the new policy and receive the following error:

Quote: Error: There was an error connecting to the GroupWise domain.

I have entered the correct paths in the Setup tab for the domain and PO which are affected."

Resolution:  The Dynamic Distribution List Module uses the GroupWise Admin API.

This functionality requires:

• Latest Novell client (At the time of this post, 4.91 SP4)
• An eDirectory account with administrative rights to the target Domain (wpdomain.db).
• The NGW:Location attribute on the GroupWise Domain be set to a valid network available UNC path.
  (Note: On linux, this path may sometimes point to /var/groupwise/domain, if this is the case, the value must be changed to a valid UNC path available via Samba or NSS share)
