Support:
I'm testing the RIVA - Common Address Book. I am pushing an address
book that contains two groups. These groups have members in the address
book in the source account but do not have any members in the
address book in the destination accounts. How can I fix this?

Thanks for your input Kevin. That is being looked at by the developers now. We will advise when the managed address book policy will push address book groups with the membership list populated.

I am also having this issue with groups being empty. Is there any word on when groups will be fixed? In the meanwhile is our best solution to just create a groups book and use the regular sharing method with that?

Hello, All.
This has been resolved. In order to make this work, you need to enable SOAP on the POA of the post offices Riva is connecting to. In addition, the client-soap needs to be added and tested in the Riva PO connector. Please contact Omni Support at +1.780.423.4200 if you assistance.
