Following are the steps to apply a 30-day trial or full license file for Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise - Desktop Edition:
  1. Exit Riva.
  2. Create a directory called Riva-Desktop\Licenses (if the folder does not exist).
  3. Copy the license file you have received into this directory.
  4. Restart Riva.
  5. The demo version of Riva CRM Desktop Edition is restricted to the last 14 days and 50 objects of each type.  We recommend you select the "Options" > "Re-initialize with New Settings" to reset your synchronization options.  Select a new start date that better reflects the date range you want to have applied to your settings.
