We don't have a direct connection to the internet and we can't update Riva with the update procedure described here in the forum. When I configure the firewall to be able to connect directly with the Riva server, everything works fine. However, we would prefer to use our proxy server.

Is there a way to tell Riva to use the proxy server instead of a direct connection?

Hello, Peter.

Riva respects the IE/Windows Proxy configurations.  Please configure / confirm your IE/Windows Proxy settings and test the "Check for Updates".
