Riva Enterprise Edition 2.1.0 (and higher) supports User Impersonation as a CRM Connection Method.  User Impersonation allows Riva to access data associated to the configured CRM accounts in a "trusted host" manner.  This is the preferred and most secure CRM connection method.

Procedure:

To use the "User Impersonation" CRM connection method, the user account (with administrator privileges) that was used to configure the Microsoft CRM Connection Wizard must be added to the PrivUserGroup in Microsoft Active Directory. This group is created by default during the Microsoft CRM installation and setup.

The "trusted" connection account must be associated with a licensed Microsoft CRM user and have access to query the Users module.
