Question:  What are the generic fields that are synchronized from CRMs to GroupWise using Riva CRM Integration?

Answer:  The generic fields that are synched from CRMs to GroupWise are listed below:

Opportunities
    Modified Date
    Account Name
    Amount
    Sales Stage
    Probability

Quotes
    Modified Date
    Account Name
    Amount
    Quote Number
    Quote Stage

Cases
    Modified Date
    Account Name
    Case Number
    Case Type
    Status

Users can sort quotes, cases and opportunities in their GroupWise client based on each of these fields.
