when I try to access E-Directory Tree in Calendar Policy.

Any suggestions.

The event type error is clr20r3 - on microsoft's website is talks about some corruption in .net framework - so I uninstalled and reinstalled - no help.

any idea anyone?

As we discussed, you need to fix the LDAP servers in your environment.  Please let us know when things are working again.
