Is there a way to use CCU to push out All Day Events to user calendars?  The closest that I can get is to use CCUAdmin to create Calendar items with a start time of midnight and end time of 11:59 PM.  GroupWise appointments have the option to click a checkbox that automatically shows the day as busy without having to schedule a start and stop time.  Is there a way to get the CCU to do that as well?  Thanks!

Hello, Mark.

CCUadmin does not include an all day event option for appointments.  You can manually modify an existing CSV file so that all day events look like:

Code:
Function,Type,Subject,Place,Message,Start Date,End Date
Create,Calendar,Test 5 - All Day,,,2009/2/12,all day event

Note that the Start Date does not include a start time.

As a follow up, I have just pushed this out to all of my caledars and have noticed one problem, on the day view calendar the all day event shows up as 12 AM to 1 AM and only appears as a tiny block on the day.  I did remove the time fields from the CSV file as instructed to, but like I said, when I hover over the event it appears "minimized" and needs to be expanded to see.  Where are these time fields coming from.  My CSV is all like the following line:

Create,Calendar, New Year's Day,,,1/1/2009,all day event

Thanks!

Hello, Mark.

I will have to test that in our lab environment.  I will report back with what I discover.
