I am trying to import new (student) users from a .csv file.  I've used this tool successfully for several years to accomplish this.  This year, I am receiving an "Error Code 7 Out of Memory Caused by AddChildren"  Message when attempting to have EMU analyze the tree in order to set properties for the import. 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, even tried removing my license file and using the demo version - same error each time.

Please ensure that the Windows system you are running EMU on meets the system requirements as specified at http://www.omni-ts.com/management/requirements.html.

If you continue to experience the same challenges, please call +1.780.423.4200 and ask for technical support for EMU.
