We have student email accounts. The security on the student post office is set to HIGH and when the students change their network password, the email password syncs automatically.
I've used EMU to create my GroupWise accounts for years and everything has always worked fine. A student logs into the network, and their email password syncs up like it should.
I upgrade to GroupWise 8 and upgraded to the newest EMU this summer. Now when I create my GroupWise accounts using EMU, the two accounts (network and email) are not syncing up together. I've discovered that I have to regraft my users every time to force the sync.
Is there something different I need to change in the EMU template that is different in GroupWise 8 to get these two systems to sync up??
