Is there more information available for error messages displayed in the monitor tool of the Riva product? How do you track down errors for the error messages?

Example error message:

'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'

Or

'The given key was not present in the dictionary'

OR

'Unable to locate primary calendar'

Hello.

These errors are usually connection oriented errors that can affect one or more users.  In the Riva application interface, click on "Request Support", complete the form and submit it.  This will upload the configuration and logs files from you Riva installation to our support system and open a case in our CRM system.  You will be contacted normally within one working day by someone from our technical support team.
