We have a user that we have created to serve as a helpdesk at our high school.  As times has gone on we now need this user to create new students.  How do I add this functionality to an existing user?  Our general tech user does allow for the creation.  I can not see how to add this function to our helpdesk user.  Note: this user was created by us.  I do not see the econtrol helpdesk profile as listed in the manual.
