Microsoft Entourage 2008 (Web Services Edition) has full support for all Riva Integration Server operations.

Outlook Web Access in Safari has support for most of the Riva Integration Server functions. The following functions are supported with Safari and MS CRM:

Read and update appointments, tasks and contacts that have been synchronised to Exchange from the CRM.
View and edit the opportunity, case, quote and service request information that is stored in the Exchange folder structure that is created and updated in Exchange from the CRM.
Use the Omni ConnectBar function in Safari to Review or Edit an opportunity, case, quote or service request directly in the CRM.

Outlook Web Access Light on Safari does not support categories. This means you can not create a new appointment (or task or contact) in Safari and set the category to MS CRM which would cause this appointment to be synchronised to the CRM.

The other function that is not available on Outlook Web Access Light is the ability to "Copy" an email from your Inbox into one of the SmartConvert folders. The only option available with Web Access Light is to "Move" the email into one of the SmartConvert folders. The difference between "Copy" and "Move" is that when you move the email to a SmartConvert folder, Riva will delete that email once the SmartConvert process is completed.
