Question from Customer:  If Riva is communicating with an Exchange server across the internet then which ports does Riva use to communicate with the Exchange server? (Which ports need to be opened in the Exchange firewall.)

Answer:  If using RPC over HTTP (RoH) then only port 443 (if using SSL) or port 80 (non-SSL), if not using RoH then standard Outlook communication port.  RPC by nature is a dynamic-port switching communication method, so ports vary with every connection, which is why RoH is implemented to simplify firewall configurations.
