Question:  Can EMU be used to bulk delete eDirectory accounts including corresponding home directories and GroupWise accounts.

Answer:  Yes, EMU offers a simple method to do bulk deletions.

References:  Read How to bulk delete accounts from CSV file or How to bulk manage users from a CSV file for steps to bulk delete or manage accounts from a CSV file.

Steps:  To bulk delete accounts:
  1. Open EMU and navigate to the container in the tree that holds the eDirectory accounts.
  2. Select the desired accounts to delete (use CTL + Click or SHIFT + Click), right-click the selected users and choose "Delete Account(s)".
  3. Check the items that need to be deleted and click "Start".
  4. At the "Are you sure?" window, click "Yes".
  5. An "Account Deletion" window will open and display the deletions.  Once complete, the window will automatically close.
NOTE:  Bulk deletions using EMU are not reversable unless restored from a backup.
