NMAS: Riva can be configured to extract passwords from eDirectory, using the Novell Modular Authentication Service.  System Requirements to support "NMAS Authentication" in a Riva CRM Synchronization Policy for GroupWise <> Oracle On-Demand:

Riva GroupWise Connection: Must use an GroupWise account that has supervisory rights to the GroupWise system. 

Oracle On-Demand Connection:
  • Must use a 'Riva' master account created in Oracle On-Demand.
  • Riva will use the eDirectory password to log in to the CRM for each user being synchronized.
Email Address Requirements:
The email attribute value in eDirectory must match the email attribute value in Oracle On-Demand for the corresponding target users.

Notes:
  • Audit trail in Oracle CRM shows changes made by user being synchronized.
