Hello,
I have a problem with shared folder policies (SFP). Only a few folders are shared correctly, a whole bunch of them aren't shared at all. All shared folder notification mails are delivered to the recipient and are processed into the Riva temp folder in the cabinet. But as result only some folders are shared. In the execution summery log file I see that all notification messages are processed but only a few folders are really shared. See:

In the Riva application, please click on "Request Support" and submit ta completed form. Someone from technical support will contact you to help troubleshoot the issue.
