Hi All,

Mailstreet has been performing maintenance on my account. I also updated
Riva.

Now I'm getting this error when monitoring:

Unable to connect to Exchange due to missing timezone information. Please
refer to these Knowledge Base articles.....

Has anyone ran into this? Mailstreet doesn't know what to do.

Hello, David.

There is a timezone patch that can be applied to your Exchange server that will correct this challenge.  If applying a patch is a problem, you can upgrade to an INTERIM release of Riva CRM which includes a filter that should ignore this issue.

Please perform an INTERIM update using the "Steps for versions as of 2.4.10" in this KB article:

The fix the for issue is now available in the latest public release of Riva 2.4.19.9644.  Please refer to KB article "Error: Unable to connect to Exchange due to missing timezone information" for instructions to correct the issue.
