The Current version of GEE is 1.3.0.3. It started shipping May 19, 2003.

-Statistics will now be kept between reloads and version upgrades. Currently there is no easy way to reset statistics, this will be addressed in a future version. (However you can directly edit the file STATS.DAT, located in the install directory.).
-Default values for Content-Disposition and Content-Transport-Encoding in the Anti-Virus Replacement Message Headers were backwards. (You will have to update those options if you are upgrading a previous GEE install).
-Pressing the F6 key will now reload options on the console.
-Statistics page in the web administration interface now auto-reloads every 15 seconds. (So the statistics should be up to date if you leave it open).
GEE Whiz Only:
-Changed GEE Whiz version number to match GEE (Avoids confusion).
-Added Quarantine Spam option.
-GEE Whiz now looks at the following headers in order to evaluate black/whitelists: Headers evaluated as ‘From’: ‘From’,’Mail From’,’Reply-To’,’Return-Path’. Evaluated as ‘To’: ‘To’, ‘RCPT To’, ‘CC’. (All case insensitive).

GEE and GEE Whiz:
-Changed Log Window and Anti-Virus replacement message window to be 70 chars wide. (As requested by users.). Will no longer fit in 640x480 windows, but should fit in 800x600.
-Added options in General to allow only running GEE/GEE Whiz on a select group of email addresses (inclusive or exclusive depending on the option selected).
-Added Quarantine directories to the file paths in the web interface.
-Fixed Bad directory not showing up in file paths in the web interface.
-Fixed compatibility problem with all antivirus scanners (Except Sophos).
-Web server no longer reloads on option changes. You will have to exit and restart GEE in order to change the port or ip.
-NOTE: There is a known bug in this release pertaining to the upgrade capability. If you upgrade from a previous version your spam white/black lists and antivirus replacement messages will be overwritten. All your other options will be migrated. (To workaround, make sure to backup the contents of the TMPLTS directory and overwrite after you install the new version).
