I have been trying to login to the web access and I cannot get the user name and password to work.

It was been working since I purchased.

Any ideas way?


Is there a way to recover the password?

Presuming that someone has not changed the NDS password for the user account, go to the GEE Whiz server console and follow these steps:

1. Press "F10" and retype the password
2. Press "Esc" to get back to the main GEE Whiz screen.
3. Press "F7" to unload GEE Whiz. This will rewrite the password hash to the OPTIONS.DAT file.
4. Load GEE Whiz using GEE.NCF or GEEP.NCF.
5. Attempt to login into the GEE Whiz Admin web console.
