Here are the steps to attach a file to a calendar entry:

1) To attach files to a calendar entry the user adds the following tag to the body of the calendar entry (CCUFA:name_of_file.whatever).
2) They then go through the normal build process however immediately prior to doing the "build" they must click on PROJECT and then ADVANCED UTILITIES.
3) They will see a screen that asks them to navigate to the file they wish to upload AND select the date that has the calendar entry WITH the file tag already in the body of the entry.
4) The system will copy the required file to a new directory called attachments and it will be available for users to download by clicking on the tag in the body of the calendar entry.

This is not the preferred method. It is far easier to use properly tagged <a href> tags in the email. See "Add URL Links to a Calendar Item" and "Add Attachments to Calendar Items" in the "CCUweb Setup and User Guide".
