I am running geewhiz as a test for a client, after installing the cru option, none of the email marked as S-P-A-M is being moved to the new folder? I checked the rule and it was active. Any Ideas?

Hello, Rick.

Are you using the full-blown version of CRU or are you using CRU for GEE Whiz? For either product, you will need a licence file for the product to work for. Have you recieved a licence file?

The only time CRU for GEE Whiz will not work automatically to create the SPAM folder and apply the rule properly is if the client is running in Remote or Cached mode. This will not work because the API we use requires that the user be connected to the Post Office for the creation of the SPAM folder. Once the folder is created, it shouldn`t make any difference whether they are in connected mode of not.

It that is not the case, please contact me off-line and we can discuss the issue and post the solution here later.
