CCUweb now includes the ability to allow you to create multiple calendars from a single account by using subject line keyword filtering. Users can have a single GroupWise account be used to populate multiple calendars. By placing a code-specific entry in the subject line, when you create the CCUweb projects, you can create multiple calendars based on the specific filter.

Let's use the example of an office with mulitple Boardrooms. The CCUweb administrator could build a project to have CCUweb filter out a single type of entry such as "Boardroom1:" to create a calendar dedicated to Boardroom 1. "Boardroom1:" would need to be first word in the subject line. The CCUweb administrator could then create another project to filter against "Boardroom2:" and so on. The CCUweb admin could build any number of calendars for any number of Boardrooms, using a single account licence. Now that's a valuable enhancement!
