we occasionally have staff who 'accidentally' send emails to our entire organization at mulitple sites by just highlighting the entire groupwise address book..  I havent come across a way to prevent that.. so how about a feature that lets you set some adjustable count limit..  (say 25  or 50 or 100) to the number of recipients an email going through GWIA can have..   when that threshold is reached.. before that email is released.. the sender would have to affirm that they intended to send all those emails..   something like a pop up message saying  DID YOU REALLY WANT TO SEND THIS EMAIL TO 425 PEOPLE?  TYPE YES TO CONTINUE OR HIT ESC TO DELETE THAT EMAIL...

This would have to be a modification on the GroupWise client in order to get the functionality you describe.

Adding a 'flood' filter on GEE2 is possible, but I'm pretty sure GWIA already has some sort of way to configure this sort of protection.
