OverviewOverviewRiva-based CCU version 3 uses the GroupWise Trusted Application architecture to allow you to "push" calendar entries into multiple user calendars from a single administration workstation. Different calendar policies can be applied based on departmental or organisational requirements. Any changes to the source calendars are automatically pushed to, modified, or removed from the destination calendars the next time Riva CCU is executed. Updated calendar information is available whether the account is accessed using a Macintosh, Linux, WebAccess or Windows GroupWise client. Riva requires a minimum of GroupWise 6.5.2. CCU version 3 provides ultimate flexibility in how you update user calendars. CCU allows you to automatically update multiple destination objects (eDirectory accounts, groups, containers and GroupWise accounts, distribution lists, post offices and domains) with multiple policies at the same time. Multiple policies can be set based on your different calendaring requirements. Do you have different departments, schools, faculties, regions, countries that have different "corporate" calendar needs? CCU policies ensure user calendars are always up to date.
