How to Get Started with GWEmailer

GWemailer allows GroupWise users to send a single e-mail to many recipients by pointing to a text file containing their e-mail addresses (usually based on the contents of a web-based "request for information" or on e-mail addresses exported from a database). With GWemailer, importing users into GroupWise address books is no longer required. Most companies license GWemailer for a limited number of users (e.g. a user called info@nmasters.com, newsletter@nmasters.com, etc.)

An intuitive product, GWemailer performs its services in five easy steps. In no time at all, you will be sending e-mails to customers and clients.

Open GroupWise
Launch GWemailer.
Select the ASCII text file which contains the e-mail addresses (single address per line).
Select to populate the BC:, CC:, or TO: fields.
Select the "Prepare Bulk E-mail" option. This step will open up a new e-mail window in GroupWise and populate the addresses into the selected BC:, CC:, or TO: line. You then compose your e-mail, and send it via GroupWise.
